A popular model, and TV and film actress, Amisha Kavindi is known for her works mainly in Sri Lankan cinema. The Lankan actors after working as a model for a brief period gained wide popularity for her role in super hit film Sudu Hansi. Her other notable films include Double Game and Sri Last Chance. Apart from films, the actress has also worked in several TV series including Senehasa Kothanada, Nilanjana, Kavya.
