BIOGRAPHY

Brendan Coyle is an actor, known for his work in various television series like Rockface, Lark Rise to Candleford and Spotless. His role as John Bates in Downton Abbey, gave him instant worldwide fame. He has also worked in various films like The Raven (2012), Perrier's Bounty (2009), The Mark of Cain (2007) and The Jacket (2005). He will be seen in the upcoming film, Me Before You, which is set to release in June, 2016.
