BIOGRAPHY

Carrie Fisher is an American actress, novelist and screenwriter; known for her portrayal of Princess Leia in the Star Wars franchise. She made her debut with the film, Shampoo (1975). She was starred in other movies like, The Empire Strikes Back (1980), Garbo Talks (1984), Appointment with Death (1988), This Is My Life (1992), Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997), Wonderland (2003), The Women (2008) and Maps to the Stars (2014). Her upcoming movie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, is set to release in December 2015.
