BIOGRAPHY

Jayson Thiessen is a Canadian filmmaker, executive producer and animator who is best known for his association with the My Little Pony film and television franchise. Besides directing films like My Little Pony: Equestria Girls (2013), My Little Pony: Equestria Girls - Rainbow Rocks (2014) and My Little Pony: The Movie (2017), he has also worked in the animation department of tv shows like Martha Speaks, George of the Jungle and Stickin' Around. Other notable directorial credits include the shows Pucca and Peanuts Motion Comics.
