Joe Manganiello

BIOGRAPHY

Joe Manganiello is an American television and film actor. He first rose to public attention when he portrayed the character of Flash Thompson in Sam Raimis Spider-Man trilogy. Manganiello has also appeared in guest roles and recurring roles in several popular television shows, most notably in the sitcom How I Met Your Mother, the medical drama E.R. and One Tree Hill. The actors breakout role on television came with the fantasy horror series True Blood, in which his portrayal of Alcide Herveaux was well-received in all circles. He won a Scream Award for Breakout Performance and a Saturn Award for his performance in the series. Notable film credits include Magic Mike (2012), Knight of Cups (2015), Magic Mike XXL (2015) and Smurfs: The Lost Village (2017).
