John DiMaggio

BIOGRAPHY

John DiMaggio is an American voice artist, actor, and comedian. He is best known for his role as Bender in the Futurama series. Some of his other well-known voice-over roles include Gears of War franchise, The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper (2005) and Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry (2005). He has also voiced characters in popular TV shows like Samurai Jack, Jackie Chan Adventures, The Legend of Tarzan, What's New, Scooby-Doo?, and Kim Possible. John's body of work also includes films like Eddie (1996), Madagascar (2005), Asterix and the Vikings (2006), Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (2008), Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014), and Zootopia (2016). His 2017 project as a voice-over artist includes the fifth installment of the live-action Transformers film series, Transformers: The Last Knight. Directed by Michael Bay, the movie stars Mark Wahlberg returning from Age of Extinction, along with Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, and Anthony Hopkins.
