Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is a well-known Indian stand-up comedian, actor, TV host, and producer. Best remembered for his television show Comedy Nights with Kapil, which first aired in 2013 on Colors, however, the show went off air in 2016.

He was named CNN-IBNs Indian of the Year in the entertainment category in 2013, and was also first appeared in Forbes India Celebrity list, ranking 93rd in the list. The comedian was also nominated by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in 2014, for which he was later invited to the Rashtrapati Bhavan by the Indian President Pranab Mukherjee in 2015.

After a successful stand-up career, the comedian made his Bollywood debut in Abbas-Mustans romantic-comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon in 2015.
