BIOGRAPHY

A movie and television actor, Kavin M. made his maiden on-screen appearance with the Star Vijay soap opera Kana Kaanum Kaalangal in the role of Shiva. In 2012, he made his movie debut with the mystery horror film Pizza. He then worked in the TV series Thayumanavan, and later played the role of Murugan in Saravanan Meenatchi between 2012 and 2013. He was once again cast in the series Saravanan Meenatchi to play the character of Vettaiyan from 2013 to 2016, for which he won the Vijay Television Awards 2015 as favorite hero. His other movie appearance was the 2015 science fiction movie Indru Netru Naalai, under the direction of R. Ravikumar. His 2017 movie venture includes the action drama Sathriyan, under the direction of S. R. Prabhakaran, in which he is part of the lead cast opposite Vikram Prabhu, Manjima Mohan and Aishwarya Dutta. Kavin is also a television presenter who was associated with the Star Vijay shows Vataiyadu Vilayadu, Vijay Television Awards 2015 and Kings of Dance. His 2017 release includes the action drama Sathriyan, under the direction of S. R. Prabhakaran, starring Vikram Prabhu and Manjima Mohan in the lead roles. His 2018 release includes Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma.
