Kriz Chris Henri Harriz

An award-winning actor, Kriz Chris Henri Harriz is of German-born French nationality. Born in a family that loved fine arts, such as music, drama, and painting, Harriz developed deep love and understanding for arts from a very young age. He had a keen interest in the world of cinema and from a very young age knew that someday he would face the camera. His wish came true at the age of 14 when the faced the camera.

After completing his studies and working as a consultant and creative director, Harriz found discovered a niche market for himself in South Asia, especially in India and Sri Lanka where there was a need for foreigners speaking the local language. Soon, he became fluent in local languages and used his acting skills and knowledge in the film industries across Bollywood, Kollywood, and Sri Lanka.

Having made his debut on the screen with Rosa Kele in 2008 where he played the role of Mr. La Fayette, over the years, he starred in more than 20 films and TV series. Some of his other notable acting credits include Under the Sun and Moon (2009), Enthiran (2010), Matha (2012), Peter One (2013), Anagarika Dharmapala Srimathano (2014), Cindrella (2016), and Father of Independence: DS Nidhasa Piya (2018), a Sinhala biography film directed by Suneth Malinga Lokuhewa.
