Michiel Huisman is a Dutch actor, musician and song-writer. He first appeared on the Dutch Television series Voor Hete vuren (1995), followed by his film debut in Goede tijden, slechte tijden (1998). Huisman then appeared in Costa! (2002), Floris (2004), Black Book (2006) and Unmade Beds (2009). He had stints in television series Treme (2010-2013), Nashville (2012-2014) and Game of Thrones (2014). His last appearance was in the movie Wild (2015). He will next appear in The Age of Adaline slated to release in June 2015.
