Nick Nolte (born February 8, 1941, in Omaha, US) is an American actor and producer. Before he took up acting as a career he was doing modeling. His breakthrough role came in when he was thirty five in a miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man. He was tagged as Sexiest Man Alive in Peoples Magazine. He turned down Indiana Jones and was well known for his roles of Superman and Han Solo. He won a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor. He has a son Brawley King Nolte.
