Parmeet Sethi

BIOGRAPHY

Parmeet Sethi is an actor and director. He carved a niche for himself with his performances both on the small and silver screen. Before he became an actor he used to be into garment exports. Parmeet was chosen as the main lead for the television show, Dastaan which shot him to fame. His portrayal of Raj in the very popular soap Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin was also praised by the masses. Parmeet has acted in commercially successful films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Diljale (1996), Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain (1999), Dhadkan (2000), Jhankar Beats (2003), Lakshya (2004) and many more. He turned script writer and director with Badmaash Company starring Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. He also participated in the celebrity dance show Nach Baliye with his wife Archana in 2005. Last seen in the movie, Wedding Pullav (2015), his next film Rustom, is set to release in 2016.
