Raymond Cruz is an American actor, best known for his roles as Detective Julio Sanchez in the series, The Closer. He is known for his portrayal of drug dealer Tuco Salamanca in Breaking Bad and as Detective Julio Sanchez in The Closer. Some of his credits include Havoc, Collateral Damage, Training Day, From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money, Major Crimes, Closer, Blood Money.
