Known as the Chote Nawab, Saif Ali Khan is an Indian film actor and producer who works in the Bollywood film industry. Born in the royal family of Pataudi, Haryana, Saif Ali Khan is a recipient of a National Award and the Padma Shri Award. He started his acting career with Parampara in the year 1992. Since his debut, Saif Ali Khan has established himself as one of the most versatile actors in Bollywood. To his credit, Saif has been part of several hit movies like Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Parineeta (2005), Omkara (2006), Race (2008), and Cocktail (2012). Apart from acting Saif Ali Khan is also a producer and co-founder of the Illuminati Films Production company with Dinesh Prem Vijan.

- Initially, Saif Ali Khan was offered the role of Girish in the film Parineeta. But, Saif managed to convince Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the producer and Pradeep Sarkar, the director of the film, that he was fit to play the character of Shekhar.
- On February 18, 2007, Saif was admitted to Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai. Experiencing chest pain, the actor underwent an ECG, which showed that he had a mild heart attack. Sister, Soha Ali Khan stated that Saif had been working day and night and was overexerted. Saif was rehearsing his performance for stardust awards when he complained about the pain. He left smoking following this incident.
- His biggest weakness is his watches. It is known that he changes his watches three times a day.
