Sanjay Raut is a political figure from the Shiv Sena party which is a party representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha. In addition to this, he is also the executive editor of the newspaper Saamana, which is published by the founder of the party, Uddhav Thackeray. Sanjay Raut is also the writer for the film Thackeray that stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Amrita Rao.
