BIOGRAPHY

Susi Ganesan is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter, who is known for his work in the Tamil film industry. He started his career with 2002 movie, Five Star. Susi's next movie, Virumbugiren (2002), went on to win the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Director for that year. Over the years he has directed movies like Thiruttu Payale (2006), Kanthaswamy (2009) and the Hindi movie, Shortcut Romeo (2013). In 2017 Susi wrote and directed Thiruttuppayale 2, a spiritual sequel to his 2006 hit movie, Thiruttu Payale. The cast has Amala Paul, Bobby Simha, Prasanna Venkatesan, Sanam Shetty and Vivek in important roles.
