BIOGRAPHY

Tara Strong is a Canadian-American voice artist and actress who, in a career spanning over three decades, has voiced characters in more than 250 television shows, around 60 films and over a hundred video games. Some of her best known voice roles on television include Bubbles from the popular superhero animated series The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents and Batgirl (a.k.a. Barbara Gordon) in The New Batman Adventures. Strong started out as a child actress, appearing in shows like The Campbells and T&T and films like The Long Road Home (1989) and Married to It (1991) before finding greater success as a voice artist. Spirited Away (2001), Ice Age (2002), Minions (2015), Ted 2 (2015) and My Little Pony: The Movie (2017) are some of Strong's significant voice acting credits in feature films. Strong has also been nominated for the Annie Awards and Daytime Emmy Awards besides winning multiple Behind the Voice Actors Awards in the course of her career. Other notable film and television credits include The Rugrats Movie (1998), Hoodwinked! (2005), Sing (2016), Ben 10, Rick and Morty and DC Super Hero Girls.
