BIOGRAPHY

Tony Amendola was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and obtained a Masters in Fine Arts from Temple University. Tony has appeared in several theatre productions such as American Buffalo, Teach, Othello, Filumena, Domenico, Taming and Petruchio. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and featured on the television series Partners in Crime (1984). He also had roles on series such as Hooperman (1987), Columbo (1989), Drug Wars (1990), Hunter (1991), Chicago Home (1994) and Family Law (1999). Tony is best known for playing the role of Jaffa master Bra'tac in the military science fiction television series Stargate SG-1. His film credits include Blow (2001), The Legend of Zorro (2005) and The Perfect Sleep (2009). He will soon be seen in the supernatural horror flick, Annabelle slated for release in October 2014.
