    3. Whats special about the show?
    The Mama Mia is performed for the very first time in South Asia in collaboration with the Little star Services (Europe) Limited.

    The cast are international acclaimed performers who will bring out the best of Broadway and West End productions here in Colombo.
    4. Who is Little star Services (Europe)?
    Littlestar Services Ltd. was formed in 1996 by Judy Craymer, Benny Andersson, Bjrn Ulvaeus and Richard East to produce the stage musical,MAMMA MIA!Based in London, Littlestar is now a successful global producer of theatre, film, television, publishing and music.

  • 2. What is a restricted view ticket?
    Restricted view 4,500 This means you will not be able to see 60% of the stage due to the angle the seats are positioned. This is not a recommended seating option.
    3. Whats included in the ticket?
    All tickets are for show only. The prices are inclusive of VAT and government taxes.
    4. Can I book over the phone?

    The box plan opens at the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo from 24th July onwards for bookings. Walk-in is possible.

    Cash / credit card payments will be accepted at the ticket counters at Cinnamon Grand and Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.

    We accept debit and credit cards for Visa and Master and American Express.
    8. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
    Bookings can be made directly through and Generally, you should receive your email confirmation within an hour of booking. If your email has not arrived, then please check your spam filter or, if youre unsure, please contact the Call Centre.
    9. Are there special offers/ discounts?
    Discounts are available for bookings of 100 seats and above in a single or mixed category. Buy 100/ get 10 free.
    10. Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?
    There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy. Subject to current promotions on the site
    11. When will I receive my actual show tickets?
    Your Eticket is the confirmation and can be brought into the show and can be checked in.

    12. What is a matinee performance?
    A matinee isan afternoon performance. Mama Mia will have 3 Matinee performances on 23rd and 29th and 30th December 2018 between 15.00 and 17.30.

    1. Does the venue have Disabled Access?
    Yes, however, this will be limited to the ground floor.
    There are no special seats with wheelchair access, however aisle seats will be allocated for wheelchair users.
    2. Should I make a booking online if I am disabled?
    You could book an aisle seat according to the box plan. To talk through your requirements and ensure that the venue can accommodate your needs before you book, please contact us on the hotline 11 2161 161 (ext. 3).
    3. Is the theatre accessible to those with hearing or visual impairments?
    The theatre does not have special provisions for those with visual or hearing impairments.

    1. What if I am unable to use my tickets?
    Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless of course the event/performance is cancelled).
    2. What if a performance is cancelled or a production is closing sooner than advertised?
    If the performance you are attending is cancelled midway through the performance, you will generally receive details on the spot advising you of what happens next.
    If your booked performance is cancelled or the production is closing early, we will notify you as soon as we receive an official notification from the producers.
    3. When being refunded for a cancelled performance, when can I expect to receive the refund?
    Refunds will normally be credited back within 14 working days, unless advised otherwise at the time your refund is confirmed.
    4. If the advertised actors are unavailable for the performance, can I get a refund?
    There is a small chance that actors may be changed for performances without notice. Unfortunately the use of alternative actors does not provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
