This is a stressful time for the world, with uncertainty reigning supreme! The impact of this is universal and insidious, meaning that each one of us is affected by the environment and most of us are completely unaware of this in ourselves.

And just like with the proverbial person who is angry with the boss and goes home and takes it out on the dog, we are most probably unaware of how this is impacting our children.

The family is the smallest social unit, and I believe that if we can bring calm and resilience into our homes, there is hope for the bigger society.
