Is there any daily transaction limit to the get eligible for the offer?
First 150 transactions will get eligible for the offer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday first 400 transactions will be eligible for the offer.
How many times can I avail this offer in a month?
This offer can only be availed once in a month. Customers have to purchase movie tickets.
How do I check whether my card is eligible for the offer?
Check the card category under 'About the offer' section. In case you still have queries, you can proceed to the payment page and enter your card details and try availing the offer. An error message will pop up if your card is invalid.
What is the maximum price of free ticket under this offer?
Customers can book tickets for any amount, just that maximum discount on movie tickets will be 25% of the transaction value or LKR 350 which is lower. Additional amount if any needs to be borne the customers.
On which days of the week is this offer applicable?
This offer is applicable for tickets booked for any shows on any day of the week.
What happens in case of an unsuccessful transaction?

What if the show is cancelled and the customer has availed the discount?
In case the show is cancelled and the payment has been debited from your account, you can send an email to lkhelpdesk@bookmyshow.com and claim your refund.
Is this offer applicable across all ticket categories?
No, this offer is applicable on movie ticket transactions.
Which bin ranges are eligible for this offer?
All Visa card bin ranges are eligible for this offer.
What is a bin range?
Bin range are the first six digits on your Credit/Debit card.
