Known for his versatile range of characters, Kevin Chapman is an American actor and producer, best known for playing Freddie Cork in Brotherhood (2006-2008), Terrance in Rescue Me (2004-2011) and Detective Lionel Fusco in Person of Interest (2011-2016). Before becoming an actor, Chapman served as a doorman and also a stand-up comedian. Over the years Chapman has acted in TV episodes of shows like The Practice (1997-2004), The Agency (2001-2003), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000-2015), NYPD Blue (1993-2005), 24 (2001-2010), Touching Evil (2004), Joan of Arcadia (2003-2005), Boston Legal (2004-2008), Criminal Minds (2005- ), Sons of Anarchy (2008-2014), Lost (2004-2010), Leverage (2008-2012), Cold Case (2003-2010), and Survivor's Remorse (2014- ). In the Showtime crime TV series, Brotherhood, Chapman had a recurring role as Irish Mob boss, Freddie Cork. He also played Terrence, the obnoxious brother in FX's hit comedy-drama series, Rescue Me. But on the television front Chapman is best remembered for playing Lionel Fusco, the dirty cop who changes his ways to side with the good people on hit science-fiction TV show, Person of Interest. The show developed by Jonathan Nolan ran for 103 episodes, and all of them had Chapman playing Fusco. The American crime-drama TV series, Sneaky Pete (2015- ), which streamed on Amazon Prime Video, had Chapman play Bo Lockley.

Chapman's first film role came in director Ted Demme's crime-thriller, Noose (1998). Other notable film credits include The Boondock Saints (1999), In Too Deep (1999), Blow (2001), Mystic River (2003), 21 Grams (2003), Ladder 49 (2004), In Good Company (2004), Two for the Money (2005), Unknown (2006), Black Irish (2007), Sunshine Cleaning (2008), Black Dynamite (2009), Unstoppable (2010), and Good Kids (2016). In 2018 Chapman starred in director Sylvain White's supernatural horror film, Slender Man. The movie is based on the creepypasta Internet meme created by Eric Knudsen. The movie also has Annalise Basso, Joey King, Julia Goldani Telles, Jaz Sinclair, Javier Botet and Alex Fitzalan in important roles.
