BIOGRAPHY

A descendant of the well-known Fonseka family, Samanalee Fonseka is an award-winning Sri Lankan actress, known for her role in Motor Bicycle, which won her the special jury award for best actress at the Derana Film Awards 2017. Her other acting credits include Paradise (1991), Flower of the Sky (2008), The Strange Familiar (2014), Alone in a Valley (2016), Burning Birds (2016), Dirty, Yellow, Darkness (2017), and The Undecided (2018).
