1. What is the event date and time?
The event is scheduled for Sunday 5th January 2025 at 4 pm.
Doors open at 2 pm for Heritage Club and Premium VIP ticket holders and 3pm for all other ticket holders.
2. Where is the event being held?
The event will be at The Forum, Cinnamon Life Hotel, located at Colombo. Directions and parking information are available on the event website.
3. What does the event include?
The event includes a live snooker exhibition with UK professional players, refreshments, etc. Specific inclusions depend on your ticket band.
4. What are the ticket options and what is included?
We offer four ticket bands:
- 12-16 year olds: Snooker exhibition access and food.
- General: Snooker exhibition access, food, complimentary cocktail on entry
- Heritage Club: Same as General plus welcome reception from 2 pm, access to VIP lounge with premium beverages and canapes, Meet and Greet and photo opportunity with professional UK players, VIP seating in the arena and high tea.
- Premium VIP: Same as Heritage Club plus exclusive dinner party with players, photo with World Championship trophy and exclusive gift bag.

Payment & Refunds
11. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal.
12. Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
13. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Please notify us with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event via the email [email protected]

Yes, children require tickets.
15. Are there any hidden fees?
No, the ticket price includes all fees.

Meals are included for ticket holders, and drinks are available for purchase for Children and General ticket holders.
