When do ticket sales go live?

Is there a ticket limit?
You can buy 10 tickets per transaction.
How does the pre-sale work?
The pre-sale is open to all registered users and BookMyShow Superstars from 2 June 12noon to 4 June 12 noon.
Will the tickets be available for sale on any other platform?
No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on BookMyShow, we strongly recommend you to not purchase them via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets.
Is there an age limit?
12 years is the age limit for attending the concert
What is the duration of the show?
The duration of the show is 6 hours
Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?
In the best interest of fans and staff, we are monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will meet protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status, and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.
What time do gates open?
Gates open at 4 pm, and gates close at 7 pm
Will there be F&B available at the venue?
Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue, outside food will not be permitted.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
No, JLN Stadium is not an air-conditioned venue.
Is this a seated show?
This is a partially seated event. There are seats available for sale in the stands however the tickets on ground will be standing.
Will there be any breaks in the show?
No there is no break or intermission to this show.
Will I be able to move in between different categories? Can I move to a cheaper category during the show?
No, all customers will be restricted to the category they purchase a ticket for, moving in between different categories will not be permitted due to security reasons.
Is there a ticket that allows me to buy a meet & greet with the artist?
Unfortunately, no, there are no meet & greets with the artist available.
Are children allowed for the show?
The age limit for this show is ages 12 and above, however children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
What is included in the VIP packages?
All VIP package purchasers will be contacted approximately one (1) week prior to show date with additional details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact the original point of purchase for assistance. The tour reserves right to cancel any order for any reason. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All packages and package contents are non-transferable. VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show, some exceptions may apply. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase.
Do you accommodate people will special needs?
Yes we do accommodate people with special needs, please reach out to our customer care number to avail this service.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There is no parking available at the venue. Please use public transport.
Is there an elevator access to the stands at the stadium?
There are no elevators at JLN Stadium.
Is photography permitted during the show?
Professional cameras (detachable lens) and video cameras are strictly prohibited throughout the show, however phone cameras will be permitted.
How will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be home delivered to you approximately one week prior to the show, please do not misplace/forget these tickets since replacements will not be provided.
Are there group bookings available?

Is smoking allowed at the show?
No, smoking is prohibited at the venue.
Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?
No, they will not be permitted, we request our patrons to carry wallets/small sling bags to avoid inconvenience.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the event that the Justin Bieber - Justice World Tour is cancelled you will automatically receive a full refund of your ticket purchase. Booking fee and home delivery charges will not be refunded.Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
How do I get a refund if I can’t make it?
Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded. There will be no exceptions made.

- By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
- Admits one (1) person of age 12 years and above only.
- Rights of admission reserved with the organizer.
- The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation.
- Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances only.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue and the seating area.
- Consumption of banned items/substances are strictly prohibited at the venue.
- The use of audio and/or video equipment including still cameras and any recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
- This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the event or any part of it.
- In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.
- The organiser, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
- The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.
- The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.
- The Event is open and accessible only for persons that have been double vaccinated against COVID-19. You may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of your COVID-19 double vaccination at the venue. You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against BookMyShow.
- The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
- Your co-operation is solicited.
- Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
- All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artist's discretion.
- In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Bigtree may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you such as name, e-mail address or telephone number at the time of booking/registration/payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby give your consent to Bigtree to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes.
