- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before the payment.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the venue.
- By purchasing a ticket and attending the Kaathu Mela event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.
- Ticket Purchase & Admission: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
- Admission to the event is only granted with a valid ticket. The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person without a valid ticket.
- Attendees must present a valid ID along with their ticket for entry.
- Event Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards others, including event staff and other guests.
- Any form of disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who does not comply with these rules.
- Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff for safety and security purposes.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, professional photography equipment, drones, and any other items deemed dangerous by event security.
- The organizers reserve the right to conduct searches of bags and personal belongings for security purposes. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.
- Photography & Filming: By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use any images, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to the attendee.
- Attendees are permitted to take personal photographs and videos during the event, provided they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Professional photography and filming equipment is not allowed without prior approval.
- Health & Safety: The health and safety of all attendees is a top priority. Attendees are required to comply with any health and safety protocols that may be in place during the event.
- In case of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and emergency personnel.
- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending the event for the safety of others.
- Event Changes & Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other emergencies, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.
- Liability: Attendees attend the event at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.
- The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, or government regulations.
- Age Restrictions: The event is intended for an adult audience. Attendees must be 18+ years of age or older. Valid ID may be required to verify age at the entrance.
- The organizers are not responsible for any issues that may arise if an attendee misrepresents their age.
- Sound Levels: The event will feature loud music. Attendees are advised to take appropriate precautions to protect their hearing.
- Ear protection is recommended, especially for individuals who are sensitive to loud noise.
- Privacy: Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for event-related communications and will not be shared with third parties.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
- By attending the Kaathu Mela event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
