1. When is the event happening?
The event is on Saturday, 31st May 2025.
- Lucian Walk starts at 8:00 AM from St. Lucia’s College Grounds.
- Musical Fiesta begins at 6:00 PM at New Kathiresan Hall, Bambalapitiya.
2. Who can participate in the walk?
All students, alumni, staff, parents, and community members are welcome.
3. How can I become a sponsor?

4. What are the benefits of sponsorship?
Sponsors enjoy brand visibility, social media promotion, press coverage, and engagement with 3,500+ attendees.
5. Is there a dress code for the walk?
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable attire and shoes. Branded event T-shirts will be provided for sponsors and selected participants.
6. Are tickets required for the Musical Fiesta?
Yes. Tickets are available in different categories. Complimentary tickets are included in sponsorship packages.
7. Who are the featured performers?
South Indian stars like Shwetha, Varsha S Krishnan and Magizhan Paridhi, and Sri Lankan artists like Vijaya Loshan, will headline the show.
8. Will there be parking?
Limited parking is available near both venues. Early arrival is recommended.
9. Can I bring family or friends?
Yes, the event is family-friendly and open to all with tickets or registrations.
10. What happens if it rains?
Both segments are planned with alternate arrangements. The Musical Fiesta is indoors and will proceed regardless of the weather.

Terms & Conditions – Lucian Walk & Musical Fiesta 2025
Sponsorship Confirmation:
- All sponsorships must be confirmed in writing via email or signed agreement.
- Full payment should be made within 10 working days of confirmation to ensure sponsor benefits are secured.
Payment Details:
- Payments must be made directly to:
- Account Name: St. Lucia’s Old Boys’ Union
- Bank: People’s Bank – Kotahena Branch
- Account Number: 308100140014079
- A receipt will be issued upon successful transfer.
Brand Visibility & Promotions:
- Sponsor logos and names will appear on promotional materials as per the sponsorship tier.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to determine final placements and sizes based on design and event requirements.
Use of Logos & Material:
- Sponsors are required to provide high-resolution logos (PDF/PNG) and any promotional material at least 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made by sponsors less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of event postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, all sponsorships will be honored for the rescheduled date.
Conduct & Ethics:
- Sponsors must ensure their promotional activities at the event maintain decorum and align with the values of St. Lucia’s College.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse or remove sponsorships deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the event’s mission.
Liability:
- The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur at the event venue unless due to gross negligence.
Amendments:
- The organizing committee holds the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time, with appropriate notice given to confirmed sponsors.
