- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
- An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
- We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
- Tickets once purchased are not refundable unless cancelation of the show
- The concert starts at 7.30 p.m. sharp as we want to avoid all delays by giving you a good experience.
- Attendees who have reserved benches and cocktail tables (We will only hold the tables till 9pm) please make sure to be at the venue by 7.00 p.m., to avoid unnecessary crowding while you collect your wristband and the wristbands of your other group members.
- Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the marquee as it is an enclosed A/C space, instead a designated smoking area will be available outside the marquee.
- Guests must always adhere to hotel procedures and policies.
- The management of Taj Samudra and Partylanak.lk is not liable for any loss or damage to the guests’ belongings during the event.
