1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented at entry either as a printed ticket or a valid digital ticket.
The ticket holder agrees to comply with all venue regulations and event policies.
2. Event Entry
Entry will be permitted only with a valid ticket scanned at the venue entrance.
Late arrivals may be admitted only during suitable breaks in the performance at the discretion of event management.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.
3. Seating Policy
Seats will be allocated according to the ticket category purchased.
Seating layouts are subject to minor changes due to production or operational requirements.
The organizer reserves the right to relocate seats of equal value if necessary.
4. Age Restrictions
Entry is recommended for audiences aged 18 years and above.
Individuals below the recommended age may be refused entry at the discretion of the organizer.
5. Recording & Photography
Photography, audio recording, and video recording of the performance are strictly prohibited.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during the performance.
Any unauthorized recording may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
6. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, seating configuration, or supporting acts without prior notice.
In the event of artist illness, travel disruption, or unforeseen circumstances, the show may be postponed or rescheduled.
7. Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be provided only within the timeframe communicated by the organizer.
8. Liability
The organizer, venue, and ticketing platform shall not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event except where required by law.
The ticket holder attends the event at their own risk.
9. Security & Prohibited Items
Security checks may be conducted at entry points.
The following items are not permitted:
Professional cameras or recording devices
Outside food or beverages
Weapons or hazardous materials
Any items deemed unsafe by venue security
10. Promotional Usage
By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, broadcast, or marketing purposes related to the event.
11. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold at a higher price or through unauthorized channels.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of unauthorized resale or fraud.
12. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be responsible for cancellation or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public safety concerns.
13. Ticket Authenticity
Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or secondary marketplaces may be invalid.
Only tickets purchased through official ticketing partners will be accepted for entry.
