Outside alcohol and food are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Ticketing & Entry
- Each ticket admits one person only and is valid for the date, time, and venue stated.
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket (digital or physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
- The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for security, safety, or behavioral reasons.
Event Rules
- The show is a licensed event; no unauthorized recording, photography, or live streaming is permitted.
- Re-entry to the venue is not allowed once you exit, unless permitted by the organizers.
- Outside food, beverages, alcohol, cigarettes, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Dangerous items (weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, etc.) are not allowed inside the venue.
Safety & Liability
- The organizer will follow all applicable health, safety, and security guidelines. Attendees must comply with on-ground instructions.
- Attendees are responsible for their own belongings; the organizer/venue is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- The organizer will not be held liable for any injury, accident, or medical emergency during the event, unless directly due to negligence.
Age Restrictions
- Entry is permitted to attendees 5+ only. Valid age proof may be requested at entry.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
- If the event is canceled or rescheduled, BookMyShow will notify ticket holders via email/SMS.
- In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per BookMyShow’s standard refund policy.
- Service charges, convenience fees, or additional costs may not be refunded.
Rights of the Organizer
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, performers, lineup, or venue, if necessary.
- The organizer may record or photograph the event, and by attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional materials.
