How Does This Work?
- This show will be streamed on ZOOM video meeting app.
- Installing the ZOOM app is REQUIRED to get access to the show.
- A ZOOM meeting link will be given after the purchase of the ticket. This link will be sent a few hours prior to the show on your registered email address. Please DO NOT SHARE THE LINK as the person registered will only be able to gain access in the room after verification.
- The link will contain a Username & Password which is needed to enter the live room.
- For Desktop/ Laptop users: To download and install the Zoom Application: Go to (https://zoom.us/download) and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”. This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.

- Recording or uploading of this stream is strictly not permitted.
- Use of headphones/ earphones is recommended to avoid background disturbances.
- The time and date of the show may vary due to Internet connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and/or time at the earliest.
- There may be interruptions in the stream due to Internet connectivity issues.
- You will receive a user id and password to join the room a few hours/minutes prior to the show on the email id shared by you.

- One user can buy only one ticket per customer name/ email id.
- One ticket includes access given to only one screen to view the live stream. Please DO NOT SHARE THE LINK as the person registered will only be able to gain access in the room after verification.
- Permission to join the room will be granted on verification of name with the email id information given by you. Hence, we recommend logging in 15 minutes prior to the show time to avoid any wait time.
- Audio and video controls of ticket holders lie with the organiser. We may disable audio controls of users to avoid background disturbances.
- No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling. The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
- By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms & conditions.
- These terms & conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
