Anirudh Ravichander is an Indian film composer and singer, who works predominantly in the Tamil film industry. He made his debut as a music composer with 3 (2012). The movie was directed by his cousin Aishwarya R. Dhanush. The album featured the viral hit Why This Kolaveri Di, which was an internet sensation and propelled Anirudh to the big leagues. Since then he has composed music for movies like Ethir Neechal (2013), Kaththi (2014), Velaiyilla Pattathari (2014), Naanum Rowdydhaan (2015), i (2015), Remo (2016), Thanga Magan (2015) and Rum (2017). Anirudh is composing the music for P. Vasus Shivalinga (2017), which is a remake of his 2016 Kannada film of the same name. It has Raghava Lawrence and Vanilla Ritika Singh in the lead.
