Brett Detar is an American singer, songwriter, film composer, and music producer. At the initial stage of his career, he worked with the metalcore band Zao, which was then followed by a band called The Juliana Theory. Later Detar focused on his own work, his solo album being released in 2010. In 2012 he made his feature film debut as a music composer for The Devil Inside. He worked with film's director, William Brent Bell, on his future projects including WER (2014) and Separation (2019). HIs 2020 projects include Brahms: The Boy II.
