Heitor Tiexeira Pereira is a popular Brazilian musician who is known to have worked with several renowned international musicians like Elton John, Rod Stewart, k.d. lang and Jack Johnson. Primarily a guitarist, Pereira who currently works with the Hann Zimmers studio has also provided backing vocals for the song Thrill Me. In 1994, Pereira released his Solo album in the UK called Heitor TP, which also featured Mick Hucknall in a guest appearance. After establishing a successful career as an independent artist, Pereira made his debut in a film with Spy Kids (2001). His other notable films include Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights (2004), Two Weeks (2006), Illegal Tender (2007), The Canyon (2009), The Smurfs (2011), If I Stay (2014), The Angry Birds Movie (2016), and his 2017 release includes the Despicable Me 3 (2016).
