Best known for making the superhero comedy films Kick-Ass 2, Jeff Wadlow is a director, screenwriter, and producer from America. Having started his career as a production assistant in 1996 his first association with a movie was The Pallbearer that released in 1996. Wadlow got his first big break in the film industry when he was roped in by the acclaimed director Michael Bay to play a role in the critically acclaimed war film Pearl Harbor in 2001.
Following his debut movie, the actor-turned-writer and director made his directorial debut with the short film titled The Tower of Babble in 2002. The film, which was also his maiden venture as a writer received a nomination at the Deauville Film festival for Best Short Film. He made yet another short film in 2004 titled Catching Kringle before eventually making his first feature film Cry_Wolf. He subsequently wrote and directed man films including True Memoirs of an International Assassin (2016) and Truth or Dare (2018), an English supernatural thriller starring Lucy Hale, and Tyler Posey.
Apart from films, Wadlow has written many TV series all of which are also is production ventures. Some of his notable TV credits as a writer include Hail Mary (2011), Bates Motel (2013) and The Strain (2017).
