Jeffrey Donovan is an American film, television and theater actor known for his work in the series, Burn Notice (2007) and Fargo (2015 - present). He also acted in films like Changeling (2008), Come Early Morning (2006) and J. Edgar (2011). Donovan grew up in Amesbury, Massachusetts with two brothers. They were raised by their mother with limited means. He got involved in drama in school and with the help of his teacher started a drama club and found a private scholarship which immensely helped his acting career.
