Known as the bad boy of Bollywood, Salman Khan is one of the most charismatic, flamboyant and commercially successful actors of Hindi cinema. The superstar has a huge fan following not just in India but all around the world and his popularity is perfectly reflected by the numerous awards and recognitions bestowed on him. Voted as the Sexiest Man Alive in 2010 by the People Magazine India, the actor is one of the few Indian celebrities who has his wax statue in London and New York's Madame Tussauds Museum. The Being Human Foundation is a registered trust that is set up by Salman Khan himself and the foundation has two focus area, which is providing quality education and healthcare support for the underprivileged kids.

- Apart from his charitable work with Being Human, the superstar also has adopted several villages in Maharashtra and other states to provide basic amenities especially education and healthcare facilities to the children. Being Human in partnership with Akshara High School, Aseema, Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd, Fortis Foundation, The Max Foundation, Maaya Foundation supports various philanthropic causes.
