Bridge of Friendship aims to be a joyous occasion, of wonderful music with the vital aim of supporting the amazing work of CCC House at Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama.SAARC Bridges of Friendship is a dynamic concert produced by the British School in Colombo in aid of the 196 bed CC House adjacent to the Maharaja Cancer Hospital. The concert will feature students from the British School in Colombo performing a wide variety of R&B, Soul, Pop, Hip hop and Jazz music. The event will also feature a joint choir with students from St Thomass Preparatory School as well as a performance from students from the Academy of Percussion.

We are a boutique festival revolving around South East Asian music, arts and wellness, with an exciting line up of 14 musical acts, poets, yoga activities, kayaking and camping.

This is an event presented by the Western Musicians Association (WMA) together with 80 Club of Colombo. This is would be the inaugural event of many events to be presented in the future by the WMA. The nature of the event would be for the WMA bands to get- together and present an impromptu performance on stage. The event is an open Air event with Food and Beverage available at the venue to event patrons.

Electric Enemy are a 4-piece from London touting an energetic angst powered by heavy guitars, colossal drums and dynamic vocals.In the midst of a pandemic this emerging band didn’t expect to be performing in front of a global audience this summer and are eager at the chance to ‘virtually’ head out on the road in partnership with Live Nation and reach new territories.
